Right now it is 1:15am and it is 90 degrees! What I want to know is hundreds of years ago when there was no industry to keep settlers here as opposed to any other place, why did they stay here? They couldn't have possibly thought..."oh this isn't bad". WTF!

dude...at 1:15 it is still over 100 here in Phoenix. I totally agree in it makes no sense that people voluntarily moved here with no electricity - the A/C went out in my car for 2 days and I was ready to go "postal".
What kills me is when the low only gets to 92...the only positive is that it does make for a much longer bikini season *S*
